While many W251 units have been decommissioned over the years, there are still quite a few in service worldwide. Ten years ago ARNOLD installed the first Single Layer Insulation System on a W251 with great success.
Just recently we developed, manufactured and installed a state-of-the-art redesign on this engine and the result is quite impressive. At ARNOLD, we don’t ignore legacy units, we embrace them and keep them running at peak performance.
